PURC CAFFEINE Affiliate Program – Regulations, Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to our influencer-affiliate program. By joining our program, affiliates agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These regulations outline the rights, responsibilities, and expectations for affiliates promoting PURC CAFFEINE products.
2. Eligibility

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
• Affiliates under 18 years of age must have parental consent.
• By agreeing to these terms and conditions you state you are either 18+ in age, or have attained parental permission to join this program.
• The program is open to individuals and businesses that align with PURC CAFFEINE’s brand and values.
• PURC CAFFEINE reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Benefits & Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales made through their unique tracking link, or coupon code.
• Commission rates vary based on affiliate tiers, with opportunities for increased earnings based on performance.
• New affiliates begin on “Tier 1” and earn a standard 30% commission, while higher tiers receive increased rates and additional perks.
• Affiliates may receive exclusive discount codes for personal use and promotional purposes.
• Affiliates may be reclassified from Tier 2 or Tier 3 to Tier 1 due to inactivity, defined as not posting or generating sales for 90 days or more. PURC CAFFEINE reserves the right to reclassify affiliates at its discretion.

4. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates must adhere to PURC CAFFEINE’s brand messaging and positioning.
• False or misleading claims about PURC CAFFEINE products are strictly prohibited.
• Promotional content should align with ethical marketing practices and avoid spammy or deceptive tactics.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are requested through the dedicated portal.
• Payments can be requested anytime the balance is above $25 CAD.
• Payments are made by E-transfers in Canada, and Paypal for the rest of the world. 
• Payments can be converted to store credit at any time, of any domination, within the portal. 
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

6. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates may not bid on PURC CAFFEINE brand keywords for paid search advertising, unless approved by PURC CAFFEINE.
• Unauthorized discount code distribution is not permitted.
• Affiliates may not engage in fraudulent activities.
• Any breach of these terms may result in suspension or termination from the program.

7. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by PURC CAFFEINE.
• Unauthorized use of PURC CAFFEINE trademarks, logos, or branding outside approved content is prohibited.

8. Termination & Modifications

• PURC CAFFEINE reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
• Affiliates may be removed from the program at PURC CAFFEINE’s discretion for non-compliance with these terms.
• Updates to these terms will be communicated through official channels.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

• PURC CAFFEINE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from an affiliate’s participation in the program.
• Affiliates operate as independent contractors and do not have a job contract with PURC CAFFEINE.
