ALL ABOUT PURCS

Because there is no sugar or other additives, 100% pure caffeine produces a different effect compared to coffee, energy drinks, and other caffeinated products.  We would describe it sort of like when you have a short nap and wake up feeling more refreshed, alert, and ready to go.  It can be quite uplifting and most consumers report they feel more energetic, awake, and able to focus. 

Also, keep in mind because there is no sugar, taurine, and other additives (that manufactures like to add to compound the caffeine effects) there is almost never any caffeine "jitters" as long as you don't take an excessive amount (like double dosing).  100% pure caffeine effects definitely feel "smoother", something that most people have never experienced with caffeine.

One needs to take into consideration that caffeine can still only do so much to help your mood, focus, and combat tiredness. Also, everyone responds differently to caffeine.  So be smart with consumption, follow directions, and if you find the caffeine is not working, it's DEFINITELY time for real rest and relaxation.

They have have no taste if you swallow them as directed. However, if you decide to open the micro-capsule and expose the pure caffeine - eating it (or consuming it in other ways) you’ll find they have a slightly bitter taste, reminiscent of aspartame or extremely cheap c*****e.

Our small (REGULAR STRENGTH) vial comes with FIVE individual 120mg doses.
Our large (EXTRA STRENGTH) vial comes with SIX individual 200mg doses.

EACH individual 120mg micro-capsule is the equivalent to the caffeine found in about 1.5 cups of coffee or 1.5 cans of Red Bull (small size).
EACH individual 200mg micro-capsule is the equivalent to the caffeine found in about 2.5 cups of coffee or 2.5 cans of Red Bull (small size).

Health Canada recommends no more than 1 dose every 3-4 hours. We recommend looking at the Health Canada approved product information by click HERE.

Health Canada recommends a maximum of 400mp of total caffeine per day. This equates to 1 PURC micro capsule, 2-3 times per day max, depending on which version you consume.  Health Canada states that this is only a guideline and you must be aware of your personal response to caffeine.

We highly recommend you take your caffeine sensitivity into consideration when choosing how much to take. Typically we only recommend 1-2 PURCS a day max because your body can only process so much caffeine at once.  Once you go above your body's acceptable level you will not benefit from the extra caffeine. When you experience caffeine "jitters", you are definitely over your natural tolerances and will not gain any more alertness/wakefulness or benefits. 

If a single (6-80z) mug of regular coffee affects you, then a single regular strength (120mg) dose of PURC CAFFEINE would most likely work well for you. 

If you require a 2+ cups of coffee, or a 20oz "Venti "Starbucks cup of coffee to notice the effect of caffeine, then our 200mg (extra strength) doses would probably suit you just fine.

Health Canada only allows us to offer these two dosage sizes.

The regular strength 120mg dose is perfect for those that drink an average amount of coffee and notice the effects of caffeine very easily.

The extra strength 200mg version is definitely better suite to those with a high caffeine tolerance!

We opted to use atypical sized capsules so that they could be swallowed easier than standard size capsules.  They are basically half the size of a typical Tylenol gel cap - for reference. So much much smaller, and easier to swallow.

We also love our morning coffee! PURCS are the perfect complement to your routine for those times when coffee or energy drinks aren’t available (or practical), but you still need that caffeine boost.

By scaling down your coffee consumption you will not only reduce bathroom breaks, but it will also make it easier on your wallet. Consuming less coffee may also reduce stains and help brighten your teeth.

PURCS are especially great for when you aren't able to carry a liquid caffeine drink around, nor want to deal with the "Liquid In = Liquid Out" problems associated with those.  PURCS are also awesome for when you're driving, at concerts, and places where it's simply not convenient to be chasing a bathroom around.

We recommend having a vial on standby. Keep one in your desk, car, wherever. You can never have too much caffeine on standby.

There are only 2 ingredients. A micro-capsule made from inert gelatin encases the 100% pure caffeine. That's it! 

Unlike ALL other caffeine pills and capsules on the market, there are no other fillers, excipients, or unnecessary other additives. 

You bet! We fly regularly with these, wearing a vial around our neck, tucking one in our pocket, or putting it in our carry on. There is nothing illegal about travelling with caffeine. Simply tell airport security the product is just caffeine when you got through screening (if they ask) and there will be no problems travelling in North America. (The same way that carrying vitamins is OK in Canada and USA). If in doubt, just take a PURC before you board your plane, and put the vial in your checked baggage... problem solved!

When it comes to flying internationally with these each country has different laws. Your best bet is to place them in your checked baggage.  If in doubt, check your destination country's local laws surrounding caffeine and vitamins.

PURC packaging was designed to be more then just function.  Instead of putting PURCS in crappy plastic bottles or paper blister packs, we wanted something better for the daily grind.  (Plus, no one likes carrying around bulky and embarrassing plastic pill bottles!)

The small vial is about the size of a rolled up dollar bill.
The large vial is the size of a cigarette. (It actually fits a regular sized cigarette or small joint perfectly.)

When you are done with the caffeine, the vials are PERFECT for holding other things like:

What will you use the vial for after?

The vials are not water proof.  They are splash resistant. The manufacturing tolerances are extremely tight, so as long as you keep the vial end caps securely closed, no water or humidity should get in.  We definitely do not recommend swimming or showering with them. 

We use high quality brass metal.  They are very very strong and you would be hard pressed to be able to bend them.

Some of our early testers (who were mechanics) kept them in their pockets every day for literally years, and they never bent or deformed even slightly. 

These metal vials were designed to be used for years!

The most important thing is to always make sure the end caps are screwed on tight!

PAYMENT

We currently accept E-transfers (Canada Only), Credit card, Apple Pay, and Bitcoin.  Google Pay coming soon.

Instructions for each payment method are provided during checkout.

We do not accept Paypal any longer as they have become too difficult to work with towards caffeine (which is technically a drug).  And honestly, they have turned into a sh*t company that has no problem stealing from small business owners. (And that's all we'll say about that).

Simply pay with your credit card during checkout. You still maintain the same card privacy and protection as you would with Paypal. We can NOT see any of your confidential information. Our mainstream credit card processor handles everything from start to finish. This maximizes your privacy.

Once you checkout and receive your final balance, you can send your BITCOIN payment to the address listed during checkout.

Please be sure to copy and paste that address EXACTLY into your BITCOIN wallet to ensure we receive it.  We can not stress how important it is that you copy and paste the address 100% perfect.

We need to receive the full balance owing, so be sure you add enough extra bitcoin to cover the mining/transaction fees.

ORDERS + RETURNS

CHANGE ORDER: If your order has not shipped, you can send us a message requesting to change your order. Please detail exactly what you would like to change it to. 

CANCEL ORDER: If you order has not shipped, you can send us a message to cancel your order. We will refund it back to you.

Please be aware that refunds by CREDIT CARD will incur a charge, as we can not get 100% of the payment back from our card processor. (Yes we know it is stupid, but it's their policy and we simply won't accept a loss).  This fee is typically 3.5%.  So before you request to cancel an order and a refund, please keep this mind.  You can request STORE CREDIT instead to get a 100% a refund.

Please be aware that if you paid by BITCOIN, we do not offer refunds back in BITCOIN due to their volatility.   We will only offer STORE CREDIT. Please keep this in mind if you are considering cancelling an order.

Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We can not resell vials, nor caffeine if it has left our facility, therefor we can not offer returns. However, reach out to us if you have a problem with the product.

We highly recommend that you take your caffeine sensitivity into consideration before you select a product and purchase.

We try and respond to all messages within 48 hours, sometimes a bit longer during major promotions. We don't believe in ignoring our customers and welcome the opportunity to ensure you are happy!

Please keep in mind that we constantly deal with scam artists - trying all sorts of shady things to get free product / refunds.  (The world can be a pretty crappy place.)  We have zero tolerance for chargebacks and immediately assume it's someone scamming us when that route is taken. We aggressively fight all chargebacks, especially if there has been no prior communication, or indication anything was wrong. 

GENERAL SHIPPING FAQ

We try to get all orders packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days.  However, it is completely dependant on the backlog of customers.

During promotions packaging and readying your order can take 4-7 days before your order is shipped. Please take this into consideration.

Please try and keep in mind that we are NOT AMAZON. We are a very small team and can only work so fast.  If you have a unique situation requiring immediate shipping - you are welcome to email us to check how long until it ships. Otherwise, please have patience and we'll get your order out as fast as we can! 🙂

We mark all shipments with a low $0.99 value per item, with the exception of the  14k,24k/rose gold vials in JEWELERY BOXES. Those will be marked $9.99 each.

Unless your country has strict/mandatory fees for incoming mail - you should not incur any additional fees.

We recommend checking your local post offices laws and regulations to be sure.

If your order incurs any additional fees/taxes/charges - they are your responsibility.

If you select a shipping service with TRACKING, we will guarantee delivery.

Please ensure your order is 100% correct. If your order is returned because of a wrong address, we will NOT issue a refund, nor reship it for free.

This is mainly because we can not resell returned items. They must either be reshipped to you (at your expense) or destroyed.

You can go to the MY ACCOUNT (CLICK) section of the store and check for your tracking information under your orders.

Or check your email for a shipped email from "PURC CAFFEINE". (It may be in your spam/junk/marketing folder - so try searching for it).  At the bottom of the email your tracking information (and a link) will be there.

Please do NOT contact us for additional shipping information beyond what Canada Post displays when you track your order.  We only have access to the exact same information.

CANADIAN SHIPPING

Lettermail is the most economical shipping method in Canada. However, there is NO TRACKING with lettermail.

If you use lettermail, we have no way to track or verify delivery. While it is RARE that Canadapost loses lettermail deliveries, it does happen occasionally.  If you use this service, it is 100% at your discretion and if your order is lost we will not offer a free reship.  (Parcel services WITH TRACKING come with a delivery guarantee - and we will reship for free if the parcel is CONFIRMED LOST by Canada Post)

Expedited Express:  Comes with tracking.  Usually takes about 4-7 business days (once we've dropped it off at the post office) depending on your location.

Xpresspost:  The fastest shipping option is usually 2-3 days faster than Expedited.

Canada Post will automatically quote you a shipping rate based on your address when you put it into the cart/checkout. These are the BEST rates we can get from them.

If your order is lost with either of these shipping options, we will resend the order for free once they confirm it is lost.

Due to Quebec's Bill 96/101 - We do not have the capabilities to accommodate and ship directly to Quebec.

We are working towards a solution, but in the mean time we recommend asking someone outside of Quebec to place the order for you at this time.

USA SHIPPING

We offer 3 methods of shipping to the USA:

SMALL PACKET EXPRESS: Comes with tracking.  Usually takes about 7-12 business days (once we've dropped it off at the post office) depending on your location.

EXPEDITED EXPRESS:  Comes with tracking.  Usually takes about 5-10 business days depending on your location.  This service is usually 2-3 days faster than small packet express.

XPRESSPOST:  The fastest shipping option is usually 4-10 business days  (or 2-3 days faster than Expedited) depending on your location.

We have yet to have any shipments lost. If your order is lost with any of these shipping options, we will resend the order for free once Canada Post confirms it is lost. (We do not provide refunds for lost shipments - only a free reship).

We mark all shipments with a low $0.99 value per item, with the exception of the boxed 14k,24k,rose gold vials. Those will be marked $9.99 each.

There should be no additional fees charged by customs to receive your parcel, as long as its not a massive (and obviously expensive) order. However, we can not guarantee this.

Please check with your local post office / government if you want to be 100% sure.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship just about everywhere Worldwide. Simply put your mailing address into the cart/checkout and you will receive a quote from Canada post for shipping costs if we can ship there.

If no shipping options come up in the cart/checkout for your location - it probably means there is an error with your address. Feel free to reach out to us to check on shipping options - including courier.

If the shipping cost seems excessively high - you are also welcome to email us to see if we can find a cheaper service for you. 🙂

We are not currently shipping to these international locations due to local laws and restrictions:  Russia

We strongly recommend you select a shipping service with TRACKING.

If you use a service with tracking and the parcel is lost, we will reship another for free or provide a refund.

If you select a service WITHOUT TRACKING - it is 100% at your discretion. As we are blind to its location, and can not claim a refund from Canada Post without tracking, we will NOT reship an order for free.  To many people have abused our free reship policy and now only reship for free if Canada Post confirms the parcel has been lost and we can make a claim.
